1lcoconut sorbet
120mlPlantation 3 stars white rum

2scoops coconut sorbet
20mlPlantation 3 stars white rum
30mlHenkell White Edition

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until scroppino.

  1. Loosen the sorbet with the rum using a whisk.
  2. Add the Henkell White Edition last.
