Couscous with avocado, apple and tunnbröd

Serve for a beautiful presentation in greaseproof paper and tie it with butcher's twine.

Ingredients

Avocado
Apple
tunnbröd
pepper/salt
Beet juice
multigrain couscous

Preparation

  1. Cook the multigrain couscous in the beet juice, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place this on the tunnbröd, topped with the sliced avocado and julienned apple. Roll it up.
  3. We roll it in parchment paper and tie it with butcher's twine for serving.
