Avocado
Apple
tunnbröd
pepper/salt
Beet juice
multigrain couscous
Preparation
- Cook the multigrain couscous in the beet juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Place this on the tunnbröd, topped with the sliced avocado and julienned apple. Roll it up.
- We roll it in parchment paper and tie it with butcher's twine for serving.
