Cracker red fruit and hibiscus

Delicious with ice cream, fresh raspberries, and vanilla cream.

Ingredients

rice paper
Icing sugar
red fruit-hibiscus powder
Ice
vanilla cream
Raspberries

Preparation

  1. Fry rice paper crispy in oil and then drain well on paper.
  2. Mix some red fruit-hibiscus powder with powdered sugar and sprinkle it over the crackers using a tea strainer.
  3. Break the crackers into pieces.
  4. Serve the cracker as a dessert amuse or as part of a dessert with a small quenelle of ice cream, fresh raspberries, and vanilla cream.
