Creamy lemon scroppino

Ingredients

1llime sorbet
240mlFantinel prosecco
120mlLazzaroni limoncello

20mlLazzaroni limoncello
30mlFantinel prosecco
2scoops lime & lemon sorbet

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend into a scroppino.

  1. Loosen the sorbet with the whisky using a whisk.
  2. Add the ginger beer last.
