4gGaram masala

500mlDebic Cooking Cream 20% Original

Preparation

  1. Cook the cauliflower in the cooking cream until done.
  2. Drain and blend finely in a blender with 100 ml of the cooking liquid. Pass through a fine sieve.
  3. Toast the garam masala in some fat.
  4. Season the cauliflower cream with salt and the garam masala.
  5. Plate on the dishes.
