400gForest fruit mix
200gCover jelly
puffed rice
1OneShot forest fruits yogurt ice cream
Preparation
- Let the croissants thaw completely and come to room temperature.
- Heat a waffle iron to 200°C.
- Bake the croissants in the iron until warm and crispy like a waffle.
- Mix the forest fruits with the glaze in a small pan.
- Heat until it becomes a smooth sauce, but do not completely break down the fruit. A bit of texture is nice.
- Place a croissant waffle on a plate.
- Place a cup of forest fruit yogurt ice cream in the OneShot machine.
- Dispense as a soft serve onto the waffle.
- Spoon some of the warm forest fruit sauce over the ice cream.
- Garnish generously with puffed rice.
