Croquettas with chorizo, octopus, pimentón and tartar sauce

Croquette filled with chorizo, topped with octopus carpaccio, pimentón and tartar sauce.

Ingredients

mini chorizo croquette

octopus carpaccio
steak tartare dressing
Pimentón

Preparation

  1. Fry the thawed croquette at 175 degrees for a maximum of 3 minutes.

  1. Place the octopus on the croquette to taste, add a little salt and pimenton.
  2. Finish with the steak tartare dressing.
