Cupid's Touch

A cocktail for Valentine’s Day with Cupid’s touch! Based on Monin Raspberry and Rose syrups mixed with gin and lime juice.

Ingredients

10mlMonin raspberry
10mlMonin Rose
0.5gfreeze-dried raspberry powder
25mlFresh lime juice
50mlBulldog London Dry Gin
1Egg white
Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Put the ingredients in the shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Remove the ice cubes and give it a dry shake so the egg white turns into foam.
  4. Fine strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with freeze-dried raspberry powder.
