
Döner pide pulled chicken
We used a special döner pide for this worldly sandwich.Ingredients
Yogurt
Corn kernels
garlic sauce
Pulled chicken
white cabbage salad
big Sam's smoked barbecue sauce
Preparation
- Toast both halves of the pide roll in a sandwich press.
- Mix smoked barbecue sauce with garlic sauce and yogurt to taste.
- Then mix in some canned corn kernels.
- Chill until use.
- Warm the pulled chicken in a pan with oil.
- Place iceberg lettuce and some coleslaw on the warm pide roll.
- Add the chicken and garnish with the barbecue sauce.
