This time not with bacon and savory, but with chorizo, octopus and oyster leaf.Ingredients
pre-cooked octopus tentacles
Green peas
piece of spicy chorizo sausage
oyster leaf
Preparation
- Blanch the peas in salted water.
- Finely chop the chorizo and cut the octopus into small pieces.
- Fry the chorizo and octopus until crispy.
- Drain and mix with the warm peas.
- Cut oyster leaf into fine julienne and mix in.
