Ingredients: 20 ml Fresh lime juice; Angostura bitters; Ginger beer; Ice cubes; large piece of ginger (garnish); 50 ml KETEL 1 Matuur

Tough, spicy cocktail with ginger beer.

The Dutch and Stormy is stormily delicious: intensely spicy and refreshing at the same time. A beautiful combination with KETEL 1 Matuur. Also a wonderful cocktail for anyone less enthusiastic about ginger: try and discover!

Ingredients

20mlFresh lime juice

Angostura bitters

Ginger beer

Ice cubes

large piece of ginger (garnish)

50mlKETEL 1 Matuur

Preparation

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add 50 ml KETEL 1 Matuur.
Pour in 20 ml freshly squeezed lime juice.
Fill the glass to the rim with ginger beer.
Cut slices of ginger into sharp points and place them on the cocktail.
Finally, add a few drops of Angostura bitters to the cocktail.
