
Apple strudel with lime yogurt

Preparation
- Peel the Goudrenetten apples and core them.
- Cut the apples into slices about 2 cm thick.
- Grill the apple slices for about 3 minutes per side (direct, 190°C)
- For the sauce, finely zest the lime (do not use the juice in this recipe).
- Mix with the powdered sugar into the yogurt and serve the sauce with the apple strudel.
