Éclair with raspberry and vanilla cream.

Ingredients

vanilla cream
raspberries
raspberry peta crispy

Preparation

  1. First follow the basic recipe for making an éclair. Check 'making éclair' at CuliTools.
  2. Cut the éclair open and pipe vanilla cream inside.
  3. Wash the raspberries and arrange them on the cream.
  4. Sprinkle a little raspberry peta crispy on top.
