250gMascarpone cream
Icing sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix the mascarpone cream, Skippy peanut butter, and powdered sugar to taste.
  2. Whip this mixture in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment.
  3. Fill the éclairs with the mixture and spread a little on top as well.
