Ingredients

90mlsparkling wine
Ice
Lime wedge
30mlSparkling water
Mint
60mlDe Kuyper Elderflower liqueur

Preparation

  1. Fill a spritz glass with ice.
  2. Pour De Kuyper liqueur, sparkling wine, and soda water into the glass and stir.
  3. Garnish with a wedge of lime and a sprig of mint.
