Enoki from the barbecue

Enoki mushrooms are slender, delicate mushrooms with a mild flavor, making them perfect for the barbecue.

Ingredients

White wine
Spices (of choice)
Fat (of choice)
Enoki
Ketjap

Preparation

  1. Heat a heavy-bottomed pan on the barbecue.
  2. Add fat to the pan and mix the enoki with spices of your choice.
  3. Deglaze with white wine and a small splash of soy sauce.
  4. Cook the enoki for about 3 to 4 minutes at 200°C.
