Espresso martini

Cocktail based on OYESTER44 vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and cream.

OYESTER44 is an original Dutch vodka from Zeeland soil, produced in the port of Bruinisse. The vodka is made with local flavorings such as Brabant verbena, lemon balm, potatoes, and a distillate of Zeeland oysters. The vodka has a slightly salty, fresh, full, and creamy taste and is delicious as a base for a beautiful cocktail.

Ingredients

30mlOYESTER44 vodka
10mlCream
30mlEspresso
lime zest
3Coffee beans
20mlCoffee liqueur

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass over ice.
  2. Pour into a chilled Martini glass.
  3. Garnish with 3 coffee beans and a thin strip of lime zest.
