Cocktail based on OYESTER44 and apple juice.

OYESTER44 is an original Dutch vodka from Zeeland, produced in the port of Bruinisse. The vodka is made with local flavorings such as Brabant verbena, lemon balm, potatoes, and a distillate of Zeeland oysters. The vodka has a lightly briny, fresh, full, and creamy taste and is delicious as a base for a beautiful cocktail.

Ingredients

100mlartisanal apple juice
40mlOYESTER44 vodka
Apple
cocktail stick or cocktail pin
Ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes and top with vodka and apple juice.
  2. Garnish with thin slices of apple on a matching cocktail stick or cocktail pin.
