
Flammkuchen with beets, goat cheese and balsamic
With a vinaigrette, you can quickly add extra flavor and fresh notes to your dishes.Ingredients

Black pepper

0.5Hellmann's Balsamic vinaigrette
Preparation
- Stir the cream cheese until it is nice and creamy.
- Using a small palette knife, spread the cream cheese evenly on the flammkuchen.
- Make sure to leave a 1 cm border without cream cheese.
- Slice the beets and goat cheese thinly and place them on the cream cheese.
- Season with some black pepper.
- Preheat the combi steamer with a baking tray inside to 285°C without steam.
- Bake the flammkuchen on the preheated tray for about 4 minutes until crispy.
- Remove the flammkuchen from the oven and garnish with some spinach and finish with vinaigrette.
