
Flammkuchen with smoked salmon and green asparagus
Less is more; that is our message for a delicious flammkuchen.Always use a full-fat crème fraîche for flammkuchen. Delicious in flavor, but also practical. Bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes in an oven at 250°C.Ingredients

Flammkuchen
Smoked salmon
Crème fraîche
Flower mix
green herb coulis
Salad Pea
green mini asparagus
Preparation
- Blanch the green asparagus.
- Spread the flammkuchen with a thin layer of crème fraîche.
- Cut the leek into thin rings and sprinkle over the flammkuchen.
- Slice the green asparagus in half and place on the flammkuchen.
- Bake the flammkuchen for ±3 minutes in an oven at 250˚C.
- Top the flammkuchen with smoked salmon, green herb coulis, salad pea, and flower mix.
