Ingredients

Flammkuchen
Red onion
Onion confit
Pink sauerkraut
Venison stew

Preparation

  1. Spread pink sauerkraut over the flammkuchen to taste.
  2. Spread venison stew over the flammkuchen to taste.
  3. Spread sliced red onion over the flammkuchen to taste.
  4. Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (if available, with a stone) and bake the flammkuchen for about 5 minutes.
  5. Top the flammkuchen with the onion confit.
