Flammkuchen smokey wild boar

Winter flammkuchen with purple sauerkraut, wild boar smoked sausage, smoked cheese, and crème fraîche.

Ingredients

Wild boar smoked sausage
Crème fraîche
Flammkuchen
Purple sauerkraut
Scamorza affumicata (smoked cheese)

Preparation

  1. Spread crème fraiche over the flammkuchen.
  2. Slice the smoked sausage and smoked cheese into thin slices.
  3. Top the flammkuchen with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (if available, with a stone) and bake the flammkuchen for about 4 minutes.
