
Flatbread with gyros made from Pulled Oats
Pulled Oats, the plant-based alternative to meat. This meat substitute is made from just five ingredients (!): oats, fava beans, peas, and a little oil and salt.The product has a nice bite and a neutral flavor; this allows every chef to add their own twist! This versatile meat substitute is delicious both cold and warm, for example in wraps, as an addition to a burrito bowl, for making a vegetarian Bolognese sauce, or great for stir-frying!

1kgKalamata olives
Olive oil
Pepper
3Provençal herbs
75mlOil
1500gPulled_Oats
25flatbreads
1300gFeta
2kgRomaine lettuce
1kgtzatziki to taste
fresh mint to taste
Preparation
- Slice the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and Kalamata olives.
- Add olive oil and pepper.
- Mix the Pulled Oats with Provençal herbs and oil.
- Roast the Pulled Oats for 7 to 8 minutes at 180°C in the oven.
- Grill the flatbreads.
- Crumble the feta and top the flatbreads with it, along with the lettuce, vegetable mix, olives, and Pulled Oats.
- Finish with tzatziki and fresh mint.
