Flatbread with vegetarian sausage

Crispy flatbread, with vegetables and vegetarian sausage.

Ingredients

flatbread
Cream cheese
vegetarian bratwurst
Eggplant
Green asparagus
Zucchini

Preparation

  1. Bake the flatbread until crispy in the oven.
  2. Brown the sausages in a pan until nicely colored. Slice them.
  3. Blanch the vegetables in salted water.
  4. Spread a layer of cream cheese on the crispy flatbread, top with the vegetables and vegetarian sausage. Serve immediately.
