Preparation
- Bake the flatbread until crispy in the oven.
- Brown the sausages in a pan until nicely colored. Slice them.
- Blanch the vegetables in salted water.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese on the crispy flatbread, top with the vegetables and vegetarian sausage. Serve immediately.
