Preparation
- Heat the crêpes in the oven or microwave
- Add the milk to the Alsa Chocolate Mousse mix
- Whisk for 2 minutes on low speed and then 5 minutes on high speed
- Put the mousse in a piping bag
- Fold the crêpe twice and pipe the chocolate mousse into the top opening
- Place the crêpes in the refrigerator for 2 hours, covered with plastic wrap
- Spread the orange marmalade over the filled crêpe
