Duo Panna Cotta with American pancake

This recipe for duo Panna Cotta with American pancake is for 10 people.

Ingredients

0.5liter semi-skimmed milk
2.5Alsa chocolate sauce
3gvanilla aroma
10American Pancakes Koopmans Professional
10stainless steel rings 7 cm Ø
PVC film or strips of baking paper
powdered sugar
120gdark chocolate 70%
aluminum foil
130gAlsa Panna Cotta mix
1cutter 3 cm Ø
0.5Liter of cream

Preparation

  1. Bring the milk to a boil
  2. Add the mix to the boiling milk. Mix for 30 seconds until the mix is completely dissolved
  3. Remove from the heat, add the cream, and mix
  4. Divide the Panna Cotta into two portions
  5. Add the chocolate pieces to one portion, let them dissolve, and then stir until smooth
  6. Add the vanilla flavoring to the other portion
  7. Let it cool to 25 degrees
  8. Tightly line the bottom of the rings with aluminum foil to prevent leakage and place the rings on a tray
  9. Line the inside of the rings with PVC foil or a strip of baking paper
  10. Fill the rings halfway with the Vanilla Panna Cotta. Let it set in the fridge
  11. Then pour in the Chocolate Panna Cotta and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours
  12. Remove the Panna Cotta from the rings, remove the PVC foil / baking paper, and place them on a plate
  13. Cut out 3 pieces of American Pancakes with a 3cm Ø cutter and dust with powdered sugar
  14. Arrange the pancake around the Panna Cotta
  15. Pour the Chocolate Sauce on the plate
  16. Decorate as desired
