
Fondant with chocolate and raspberry

30gDark chocolate

25gButter
17gFlour

Preparation
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
- Add the sugar and whisk. Remove from the heat, add the flour and eggs, and stir again.
- Brush the bottom and sides of a ramekin with melted butter and sugar.
- Pour part of the mixture into the ramekins, pour the raspberry purée in the center, and cover with the chocolate mixture.
- Bake at 170°C for 8 minutes and serve warm.
