Fondant with chocolate and raspberry

The seductive combination of rich chocolate and the fresh raspberry flavor in the fondant creates an irresistible dessert.This recipe is for approximately 2 servings.

Ingredients

20mlFruit purée 100% Raspberry
30gDark chocolate
30gSugar
25gButter
17gFlour
50gEgg

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
  2. Add the sugar and whisk. Remove from the heat, add the flour and eggs, and stir again.
  3. Brush the bottom and sides of a ramekin with melted butter and sugar.
  4. Pour part of the mixture into the ramekins, pour the raspberry purée in the center, and cover with the chocolate mixture.
  5. Bake at 170°C for 8 minutes and serve warm.
