Fondue based on white wine reduction

We use 200 ml basic white wine with 100 grams of grated cheese per serving for 2 people.

Ingredients

Basic recipe

1lWhite wine
1units.itemsclove of pressed garlic
1units.itemsshallot (finely chopped)

Preparation

  1. Finely chop a shallot and crush the garlic.
  2. Reduce the wine with the shallot and garlic to 600 ml.
  3. Blend everything together using a hand blender.

  1. Heat the 200 ml white wine base with 100 grams of grated cheese.
  2. Mix well and, if necessary, thicken with ¬Ω teaspoon gelepessa (25236639).
  3. Pour into small pans and place in an oven at 170'ÑÉ for 10 to 12 minutes before serving.
  4. Garnish with some crispy bacon bits and parsley.
