Preparation
- Bake the baguelino and slice it open.
- Spread the roll with ricotta and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the apple into pieces, sprinkle with sugar, and briefly fry.
- Top the roll with the ingredients and finish with Risso olive oil dressing.
