The prawns are marinated intensively in, among other things, chorizo and pimentón.This not only provides a beautiful deep red color, but also a lovely, full flavor.Ingredients
Prawns
Chorizo
Garlic
Shallot
chopped chili pepper
pimentón – bittersweet
Sunflower oil
Lemon
Preparation
- Let the prawns thaw, peel the tail, and remove the intestinal tract. We use black tiger prawns, HOSO with head and shell.
- For the marinade, slice the chorizo and fry it with garlic, a shallot, chopped chili pepper, and pimentón in a little sunflower oil.
- Put this together with some extra sunflower oil in the blender.
- Slice a lemon and add to the marinade.
- Place the prawns in the marinade and marinate for at least 4 hours.
- Skewer the prawns and grill on the barbecue.
