Preparation
- Defrost the pre-cooked octopus tentacles.
- Inject the tentacles with the oil from the marinade.
- Transfer the tentacles to a vacuum bag with a generous scoop of the marinade.
- Vacuum seal the tentacles so the marinade is well absorbed. We marinate the tentacles in the fridge for 12 hours.
- Remove the tentacles from the marinade, skewer them, and grill them on the barbecue.
- Brush the tentacles with some more marinade while grilling.
