Octopus tentacle skewers

We use pre-cooked octopus tentacles.By marinating and injecting them well, they gain extra flavor during grilling.

Ingredients

Marinade injector
Gamba marinade
Octopus tentacles

Preparation

  1. Defrost the pre-cooked octopus tentacles.
  2. Inject the tentacles with the oil from the marinade.
  3. Transfer the tentacles to a vacuum bag with a generous scoop of the marinade.
  4. Vacuum seal the tentacles so the marinade is well absorbed. We marinate the tentacles in the fridge for 12 hours.
  5. Remove the tentacles from the marinade, skewer them, and grill them on the barbecue.
  6. Brush the tentacles with some more marinade while grilling.
