Prawns with wild garlic and Tomasu sweet soy sauce

The prawn is the ideal product for a summer terrace.Make a variation with Oriental ready-made marinade and you can serve a beautiful, full dish in no time.

Ingredients

4units.itemsShiitake
1Lemon
2units.itemsSpring onion
2units.itemscup of water
half a Shanghai pak choi
2wild garlic leaves
Gamba marinade
Tomasu sweet soy sauce
2units.itemsPrawns

Preparation

  1. Marinate the prawns for at least two hours and then place them on the grill.
  2. Sauté the pak choi, spring onion, and shiitake in a pan with oil.
  3. Deglaze the vegetables with soy sauce.
  4. Grate some lemon zest over it and add salt and pepper.

  1. Arrange the vegetables nicely in the center of the plate.
  2. Place the two prawns one after the other on top and sprinkle a little salt over them.
  3. Arrange the ramson leaves nicely in between.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce over the plate as desired.
