
Prawns with wild garlic and Tomasu sweet soy sauce

half a Shanghai pak choi
2wild garlic leaves
Gamba marinade
Tomasu sweet soy sauce

Preparation
- Marinate the prawns for at least two hours and then place them on the grill.
- Sauté the pak choi, spring onion, and shiitake in a pan with oil.
- Deglaze the vegetables with soy sauce.
- Grate some lemon zest over it and add salt and pepper.
- Arrange the vegetables nicely in the center of the plate.
- Place the two prawns one after the other on top and sprinkle a little salt over them.
- Arrange the ramson leaves nicely in between.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the plate as desired.
