Prawns with tom kha dipping sauce

Delicious to serve as a snack with cheese crackers, colored crackers, and herb crackers.

Ingredients

1units.itemspacket of tom ka curry paste
1lCoconut cream 24%
prawns
coconut chips

Preparation

  1. Using a hand blender, mix 1 packet of tom ka curry paste with the coconut cream.
  2. Strain the mixture and pour it into a siphon. Charge the siphon with 2 cartridges.
  3. Cook the desired prawns and add some of the dipping sauce.
  4. Toast the coconut chips in the oven at 180ºC and garnish the dish with them.
