Fried manchego sticks

Ingredients

2Flour
80gPanko
Manchego
Egg white

Preparation

  1. Mix 80 grams of panko with 2 tablespoons of flour into a fine powder.
  2. Cut manchego (Spanish cheese) into sticks, dip them in egg white, and coat them in panko.
  3. Fry them in a pan until golden brown in oil and serve as a bite or amuse-bouche with a tasty dipping sauce.
