
Fried purple cauliflower with za'atar spices & avocado dip

Preparation
- Mix the ingredients, except the cauliflower, to make a nice batter.
- Steam the cauliflower for 7 minutes and cut into florets.
- Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and fry until crispy.
- Serve with the vegan avocado dip.
