10gdried cranberry

Preparation
- Heat the port together with the cinnamon stick.
- Add the dried cranberries and let infuse over low heat so the port soaks into the cranberries.
- Cut the top off the cheese and spread it with a little chutney.
- Sprinkle with cane sugar and gratinate using a blowtorch.
- Spoon the infused cranberries on top of the cheese.
- Slice the pickled walnut and press the slices around the cheese.
