Marinated tomato with mozzarella and Dutch shrimp

Mozzarella in the Dutch style combined with small shrimp.

Ingredients

1basil oil
1cabernet-sauvignon wine vinegar
40gDutch shrimp
Basil cress
6units.itemsMozzarella balls
1units.itemskumato tomato
crutomat

Preparation

  1. Mix the basil oil and wine vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Slice the kumato tomato thinly and marinate in a mixture of oil and vinegar.
  3. Place the tomato slices on a plate.
  4. Halve some mozzarella balls and place them on the sliced tomato.
  5. Spoon Dutch shrimp over this.
  6. Drizzle with a little more basil oil and arrange some basil cress leaves in between.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle a little crutomat over the dish.
