
Marinated tomato with mozzarella and Dutch shrimp
Mozzarella in the Dutch style combined with small shrimp.Ingredients
1basil oil
1cabernet-sauvignon wine vinegar
40gDutch shrimp
Basil cress

Preparation
- Mix the basil oil and wine vinegar in a bowl.
- Slice the kumato tomato thinly and marinate in a mixture of oil and vinegar.
- Place the tomato slices on a plate.
- Halve some mozzarella balls and place them on the sliced tomato.
- Spoon Dutch shrimp over this.
- Drizzle with a little more basil oil and arrange some basil cress leaves in between.
- Just before serving, sprinkle a little crutomat over the dish.
