Preparation
- Mix the orange juice, sugar, and flour into a smooth batter.
- Add the sambal, sesame seeds, and salt, and finally the warm butter.
- Let the batter rest in a cool place for 3 hours.
- Use a spoon to make circles of the batter and place them on a silicone mat or parchment paper, then bake at 175°C until evenly golden brown.
- Roll the sesame tuiles around a PVC tube or the handle of a whisk so they cool in the correct shape.
- Fill the tuile with the salad of Dutch shrimp, avocado, and tomato.
- Place on the plate with a little salad dressed with sesame soy vinaigrette.
