
Filled potato pastry case
This pastry case is made from potatorol and filled with a combination of various vegetables, herbs, and cold cuts.One product, endless possibilities. Can be combined in countless dishes: Peka’s Potato Polenta Rolls. The potato in combination with the polenta makes a firm roll that can be cut into any shape. From slice to fry, from cup to stick, from figure to grate. Everything is possible! With these options, you can use it as the main component of a dish, but also as a side dish, garnish, starter, dipper, or snack item.

Potatoroll
Red bell pepper
Chestnut mushrooms
Red onion
Chorizo
Grated cheese
Parsley
Tomato paste
Pepper and salt

Preparation
- Cut slices of about 5-6 cm.
- Hollow them out to create a pastry shell.
- Fry the shell for +/- 4 minutes until golden/yellow.
- Fill and briefly gratinate with cheese in the oven.
- Garnish with a little chopped parsley.
