Polenta bites with hot-smoked salmon

A delicious bite with hot-smoked salmon, crème fraîche, and topped with dill and/or cress.

Ingredients

Potatoroll
Smoked salmon
Crème fraîche
Dill

Preparation

  1. Cut slices of +/- 2 cm thick.
  2. Fry these for 3 minutes.
  3. Top the slices with pulled hot-smoked salmon.
  4. Add a small dollop of crème fraîche with dill.
  5. Garnish with dill or cress.
