Gnocchi Truffle and Spianata
Fried gnocchi served with spianata and balsamic vinegar.Ingredients
Sage
Balsamic vinegar
White wine
Garlic pieces
Cream
1Pack spianata

Preparation
- Sauté the spianata with garlic, olive oil, and finely chopped sage.
- Deglaze with white wine and balsamic vinegar.
- Let it reduce and add cream. Thicken to the desired sauce consistency.
- Fry the gnocchi for about 2.5 minutes.
- Let the gnocchi 'drain' for about 1 minute.
- Serve the gnocchi with the spianata and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and the sauce.
