Gnocchi Truffle and Spianata

Fried gnocchi served with spianata and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

Sage
Balsamic vinegar
White wine
Garlic pieces
Cream
1Pack spianata
truffle gnocchi

Preparation

  1. Sauté the spianata with garlic, olive oil, and finely chopped sage.
  2. Deglaze with white wine and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Let it reduce and add cream. Thicken to the desired sauce consistency.
  4. Fry the gnocchi for about 2.5 minutes.
  5. Let the gnocchi 'drain' for about 1 minute.
  6. Serve the gnocchi with the spianata and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and the sauce.
