Gnocchi Anchovies

Fried gnocchi served with anchovies and caper berries.

Ingredients

Lemon oil
Lemon
1Pack anchovies
Mascarpone
Caprese gnocchi
Mini caper berries

Preparation

  1. Fry the gnocchi for about 2.5 minutes.
  2. Let the gnocchi 'drain' for about 1 minute.
  3. Finely chop some caper berries and heat the mascarpone with lemon oil to taste.
  4. Top the gnocchi with anchovies and caper berries.
