1Pack risotto balls spinach and gorgonzola
Artichoke cream
Preparation
- Grill the spinach in a perforated pan on the BBQ (200°C, about 3 minutes) with oil and a little salt.
- Fry the risotto balls.
- Serve the risotto balls with artichoke cream and place them on a bed of grilled spinach.
