Pecorino and Mushrooms

Crostini topped with sun-dried tomato, pecorino and mushrooms.

Ingredients

Pecorino
Tomato paste
Bread
Grilled mushrooms
Basil cress

Preparation

  1. Cut the bread into rounds with a cutter, drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.
  2. Quarter the mushrooms.
  3. Top the crostini with sun-dried tomato, pecorino, and place the mushroom on top.
  4. Serve with basil cress.
