Grilled mushrooms
Basil cress
Preparation
- Cut the bread into rounds with a cutter, drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.
- Quarter the mushrooms.
- Top the crostini with sun-dried tomato, pecorino, and place the mushroom on top.
- Serve with basil cress.
