Preparation
- Slice the mozzarella.
- Warm the mozzarella in the oven at 100°C, about 9 minutes, between two baking mats.
- Roll out the mozzarella with a rolling pin.
- Fill the slices with burrata, mortadella, arugula, and drizzle with basil oil.
- Roll the 'wraps' back up and cut into slices.
