Preparation
- Prepare the rice according to the package instructions.
- Cut the broccoli into 1.5 cm florets.
- Blanch the broccoli.
- Take a wok with a splash of oil and briefly fry the steak in it.
- Remove the steak with its juices from the pan and pour the sherry-soy mixture over it. Mix well.
- Cut the red bell pepper into strips.
- Add some more oil to the wok and stir-fry the red onion together with the bell pepper. After 1 minute, add the broccoli and keep stirring.
- Add the wok sauce and keep stirring.
- Turn off the heat and add the steak with the sherry-soy mixture to the pan.
- Serve with white rice and spring onion.
