
Grande Limoncello Tiramisu
This holiday season, 'sharing' is central.Eating together is simply the most fun. During Christmas dinner, a dessert placed in the middle of the table is perfect for sharing.Ingredients

0.5lemon zest
3gleaf gelatin
115glime chocolate
silicona mal limone 30
white chocolate ice coating callets
yellow food coloring
tiramisu cream
splash of limoncello
170gSugar
75gWater
150glime chocolate
ladyfingers XL

Preparation
- Heat the cream with the limoncello and lemon zest.
- Dissolve the gelatin in it.
- Pour this over the lime chocolate and mix until dissolved.
- Pour this into the silicone lemon mold. 
- Mix both liquids and whip in the KitchenAid.
- Boil the water with the sugar to 141°C.
- Remove from the heat.
- Stir in the chocolate and immediately pour onto a silicone mat.
- Let harden.
- Briefly soak the XL ladyfingers in espresso.
- Place on a platter.
- Cover with the mousse.
- Place the little lemons on top.
- Sprinkle the crispy lime chocolate over it and garnish with chopped lemon balm.
- Serve with ice-cold limoncello.
