Saddle of venison prepared on the BBQ.Big Green Egg - cast iron grid - 220°C to 250°C

Coarse sea salt
venison tenderloin / tenderloin
Preparation
- Remove the membrane from the meat if necessary and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Grill on the cast iron grill grate for 12 minutes (4 x 3 minutes).
- Wrap the meat in aluminum foil and let it rest for 5 minutes.
