Barbecued rhubarb glazed with honey

In this recipe, he makes delicious BBQ rhubarb glazed with honey, speculaas crumble, olive ice cream, and honny cress.

Ingredients

4olive ice cream
2honey of choice
2Speculaas cookies
2Rhubarb stalks
tray of honny cress

Preparation

  1. Peel the rhubarb and cut into 12 equal pieces of about 8 cm.
  2. Brush them with honey using a brush.
  3. Grill them on the BBQ until almost cooked.
  4. Place three pieces on each plate.
  5. Add a scoop of ice cream to each plate and crumble the speculaas over it. Finish with the honny cress.
