This crispy honeycomb is a beautiful, edible decoration for your dishes.

The molds from the new Honey range by Silikomart accurately mimic the texture of honeycomb, including all the natural imperfections created by the bees’ hard work in producing precious nectar. Beeeee creative!

Available in the Honey range:

  • Silicone mold miel 18 (62178910): 6 molds of 18 ml
  • Silicone mold miel 80 (62179080): 2 molds of 80 ml
  • Silicone mold alvéolé 3 (62179090): 5 molds of 3 ml, including 8 bee molds
  • Silicone mold aléolé (62179130): 2 molds of 9 ml, including 10 bee molds

Ingredients

Silikomart silicone mold alvéolé 9
100gFlour
100gIcing sugar
100gMelted butter
100gEgg white

Preparation

  1. Mix equal parts flour, powdered sugar, egg white, and melted butter together.
  2. Spread the mixture thinly on the silicone honey mold.
  3. Bake for about 8 minutes at 170 degrees.
